We ship to all countries worldwide. 

 

What kind of shipping do you offer?

We offer shipping with tracking or signed for, please send us an email if you prefer signed for and we can adapt the shipping cost (lower shipping price). All packages are sent via our national postal service: Bpost.

 

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times will vary a bit, bellow shipping fees and estimate times:

 

Belgium: 1 - 2 business days - €8

Europe: 3 - 5 business days - €15

UK: 3 - 5 business days - €30

USA: 3 - 8 business days - €30

Other countries: 5 - 10 business days - €40

Shipping is free for all orders over €400.

Items are shipped within 3 working days, once your order has been confirmed.

What if my parcel didn't arrive?

Please contact us asap and we’ll make sure it gets to you.

Customs

Postage and import duty are paid by customers. If you live outside the EU, customs may apply. All prices exclude these customs fees, so check your local post or government page for the applicable fees.

Returns

Do you offer returns?

We can not offer returns since we work on consignment. 

​

However, If you wish to return or exchange an item due to a difference in description, please inform us within 3 days of receiving your purchase.

We will bear the postage fee particularly in case of a difference in description. Otherwise the costumer is in charge of all returning shipping costs and fees.
